Return Eligibility

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unless a different timeframe is specified on the product page.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories, tags, and seals intact.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories of products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are found defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice, is required to process any return request.

Non-Returnable Categories

  • Products explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or purchased under clearance or special promotional offers.

  • Items that have been used, opened, or show signs of damage caused after delivery due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Products missing original packaging, labels, or accessories at the time of return.

How To Initiate A Return

  1. Email us at omnivers360store@gmail.com within the eligible return window, quoting your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will verify your request and, if approved, share detailed return instructions along with the return address.

  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Ship the item using a trackable courier service, and retain the tracking details until the return is confirmed as received.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or different product from what you ordered, please notify us at omnivers360store@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or a short video as evidence. Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement, exchange, or full refund, and any return shipping costs in such cases will be borne entirely by us.

Refund Process And Timelines

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 working days, in line with standard industry practice and RBI-aligned processing timelines.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase; we do not process refunds to a different account or payment mode.

  • For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed through a secure bank transfer or UPI, using details shared exclusively for that purpose.

  • If your refund does not reflect within the stated timeline, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary by institution.

Return Shipping Charges

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Any original outbound shipping charges applied at checkout may be deducted from the refund amount for customer-initiated returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for eligible product variants, such as size or shade, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the standard return process and clearly mention your preferred replacement in your email request.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before they have been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead be processed through our standard return procedure.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the communicated timeframe, please first check your bank or payment account again, and then contact your bank or payment provider for processing updates. Governing Law

This Return and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, including applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
